Opponents: Redemption Life Prep/Spring Creek Preview

Wichita, KS. - #16 Sunrise Christian Academy (16-6) is back home for a four-game home stretch. Sunrise is looking to build off its three-game winning streak and finish the last stretch of home games strong. Sunrise has two home games this week and two more next week. 

Game #1: vs. Redemption Life Tabernacle Christian Prep 

Sunrise takes on Redemption Life Tabernacle Christian Prep this Thursday, February 16th at 7 p.m. They are based in Tulsa, OK. and are led by head coach Roy Pinder. 

Their roster includes; Ayomide Adenele-Pinder, Jeremiah Durant, Vanrick Rolle, Dacorion Durant, Yagiz Mahittin, Sheen Saunders, Mustapha Alpher, Tyonn Scott, and Sylvano Hepburn.

Game #2: vs. Spring Creek

Sunrise takes on Spring Creek this Friday, February 17th at 5 p.m. They are from Plano, TX. and are led by head coach Mounir Benzegala. Benzegala has led this team to 23-2 on the year and will face their biggest challenge this Friday. 

The roster includes; Max Ndiaye, Yassin Abdelwahab, Mustafa Eleye, Nazar Mahmoud, Matthew Chou, Kurt Watatani, Joseph Quartey, Vladeslav Karasev, Kaden Knox, Ahmed Nedal, Timothy Okojie, Junior Sileu, and Mussa M. Zein. 

Sunrise cannot sleepwalk through this game and must be aggressive from the start. Spring Creek is a well-coached team and has the athletes and size to give Sunrise issues, 

There will be a Sunrise Post-Grad on Friday following the Sunrise vs Spring Creek game. Their tip-off is at 6:30 p.m. against Sterling College JV.
